Admission for Russian Government Scholarships open to international applicants
The application period for the Russian Government Scholarship to St Petersburg University for foreign citizens, stateless persons and compatriots living abroad begins on 15 November 2023. Admission decisions will be made on the basis of open competition; tuition fees will be financed from the federal budget allocated within the quota established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18.12.2020 № 2150, for the academic year 2024/25. The application deadline is 23 February 2024.
